The purpose of the Hart and Soul Scholarship non-profit is to raise money to distribute scholarship in the name of Clifford and Shirley Hart. The Hart and Soul scholarships was created to provide community service-oriented students and opportunity at scholarship funds to assist them in furthering their education. It was developed in loving memory of Clifford and Shirley Hart, citizens of Brazoria County, TX for many years. Mr. and Mrs. Hart spent countless hours serving their community. Mr. Hart had a love for helping kids involved in 4H and FFA with their animal projects. Mrs. Hart volunteered with several organizations in our community and spent many days helping individuals in need. She was recognized as The Facts newspaper’s Citizen of the year in 2015 for her efforts in the community.
